Jeff K. Keenum
Mr. Jeff K. Keenum holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Auburn University with Minors in Civil Engineering and Computer Science. Mr. Keenum, a Florida & Georgia Licensed Professional Geologist, oversees the activities of project level and technician level staff, as well as subcontractors for Phase I and Phase II assessments, remediation system installations, system operation & maintenance and report preparation. Mr. Keenum retains a good working relationship with members of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GAEPD), the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM), and numerous County & Local Governments.

Chris J. Fraser
Chris J. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Geography from Colgate University and holds the position of Environmental Specialist with EAC. Mr. Fraser is a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP No. 33) with the International Society of Technical Environmental Professionals, Inc. (INSTEP) and a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (REPA No. 6119). He is also experienced in all aspects of conducting Phase I and Phase II ESAs and Asbestos Surveys as an accredited EPA Asbestos Surveyor.
Robert G. Perkins
Mr. Perkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University. In addition, he is a Licensed Environmental Professional with INSTEP (LEP No. 80) and a Registered Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) with the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (REPA No. 5891). Mr. Perkins is also an accredited EPA Asbestos Surveyor and is experienced in all aspects of conducting Phase I and Phase II ESA's and Asbestos Surveys. Mr. Perkins has environmental-related experience in assessing the risks associated with real property since 1994.
President and CEO of EAC, Howard Rapaport attended Hofstra University and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in 1984. He has owned and/or managed various small to medium size companies over the last 25 years. Rapaport has developed a strong working knowledge of the various environmental due diligence processes, as well as a broad knowledge of the regulatory aspects regarding petroleum contamination and Site Cleanup Criteria.
D.S. “Monty” Watson holds a Master of Public Administration degree in Environmental Policy from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of South Florida. He is a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP #364), Secretary of the Interior / Section 106-qualified Archaeologist, AHERA-certified Asbestos Inspector, and an FDEP-certified Wetland Delineator. He holds membership in the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals (FAEP), the Florida Anthropological Society (FAS) and the International Society of Technical Environmental Professionals (INSTEP). Mr. Watson has environmental-related experience in assessing the risks with real property since 2003.
Jeffrey L. Gerlock
As a Licensed Professional Geologist in GA, NC, SC, TN and VA, Mr. Gerlock has been involved in the Environmental Consulting industry since 1985. He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Geology from Memphis State University and is also a NC certified Well Contractor and a licensed Asbestos Inspector.
Andrew “Drew” Scott
A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management, Andrew Scott is certified by The International Society of Technical and Environmental Professionals as a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP #355). He is also an Accredited EPA Asbestos Surveyor and experienced in all aspects of conducting Phase I and Phase II ESA’s and Asbestos Surveys. Since 2004, Mr. Scott has been assessing environmental risks associated with real property.
Mike Bender studied Marine Science at the University of South Carolina and is EAC's Business Development Director. In addition, he is a Licensed Environmental Professional with INSTEP (LEP No.358). As an environmental specialist, he has a thorough knowledge of the regulatory aspects regarding petroleum contamination and site cleanup criteria. Bender has over 20 years experience working with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities include business development, as well as maintaining client and corporate relationships. Mr. Bender has environmental-related experience in assessing the risks associated with real property since 2002.
